New work was still being done at the few remaining successful hotels. A new 18-guest unit and main kitchen facility at Cambridge Beaches required only a three month shutdown to complete. The same facility features a heavily revised spa facility, many upgrade amendments to existing guest villas and a new beach bar / restaurant.
The new guest villas are the most luxurious in this world class resort, which has managed to flourish in the negative economy. More recently the firm completed some outline plans for a further group of larger villas on an adjacent beach property but these have not yet started.
